Federal High Court Adjourns Suit Challenging Buhari’s Certificate indefinitely

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday adjourned the suit challenging the authenticity of President Muhammadu Buhari’s academic credentials.
Justice Adeniyi Ademola in his ruling said the case was being adjourned indefinitely because the President had filed an appeal on the matter.
Buhari had on Wednesday appealed against a previous court ruling which dismissed his preliminary objection to the suit filed by an Abuja based lawyer, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe
Claiming in his suit that Buhari did not possessed the minimum qualification to run for the office of the President, Nwokocha alleged that Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge West African School Certificate, WASC, in 1961, a claimed the president had since dismissed.
